The lowest retention for every method
New anti-retention system: the combination of the 5°-tilted body, improved grinding chamber, holeless top burr (Blind Upper Burr) and the Mignon Single Dose Kit achieves a total retention of approximately 0.55 g, with dose consistency of +/- 0.2 g for espresso and +/- 0.3 g for filter.
