Payment Methods
a) Payment by Credit Card:
Payment by Credit Card: SOLINO's online store accepts all Visa, Mastercard, American Express and DINERS credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems (SSL-256 bit and digital certification by Verisign, Inc.) which guarantee a secure transaction environment in most of the 500 largest companies in the world. For purchases with your credit card, follow the instructions in our online store. You will be asked to fill out the order form and the number and expiration date as well as the 3-digit number (CVV) that is written on the back of your credit card. In case you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present when receiving your order with your credit card and your ID. In this case (i.e. payment via credit card) the receipt of the order by a third party who shows the credit card and wishes to pay with it for you is not allowed. In case the order is made in the details and on behalf of a company, then the credit card you use must be a corporate one. That is, it must have been issued in the details of the respective company. When receiving the order, the holder of the corporate credit card must also be present, with his card and ID.
b) Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery):
Pay our company's partner upon delivery of your order at your place. The cash on delivery payment method is valid for the cities: Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and throughout Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lassithi and Rethymno) and for the rest of Greece in the event that the parcel does not exceed 6kg.
According to the current tax regulations, invoices worth over €1,500 (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and invoices worth over €500 (before VAT) to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY in the following ways:
- Deposit/transfer to a bank account
- Charge to a credit or debit card
c) Receipt and payment of your order at our store:
In the final stage of completing the order, select “Pickup from store” in the Shipping Method. The payment for the order will be made at the store’s cashier upon receipt. In case you choose to pay for your order by credit card, we inform you that the charge will be made at the store. You must have your credit card and ID (or passport) with you when paying for the order at the store’s cashier.
Pay your order in advance to one of the following accounts of the Banks we collaborate with:

and send us a copy of the bank payment order to info@solino.gr, indicating your order number so that identification can be done easily and quickly. Upon receiving the copy of the bank payment order, we will process your order.
Purchase by installments: You can purchase products over €300 in installments (up to 18) via your credit card. Unless otherwise stated, the installments are interest-bearing, with an annual interest rate of 9.9%.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STORE PRICE AND ONLINE STORE PRICE
SOLINO's product pricing policy is the same across all of our distribution channels: stores, online store. However, for selected products we have created so-called "WebOffer" offers, where their price in the online store differs from the other distribution channels and is only valid for purchases through this online store and delivery either to your location or to the store for pickup. In any case, although we make every effort to accurately display the information and prices listed in our online store, we cannot rule out the possibility of typographical or technical errors in product prices and features. For this reason, we recommend that in the case of "WebOffer" offers, before each payment and the completion of your order, you contact the Customer Service Department to confirm this price at 210 – 4173 201 or via the website's email form.
