The Mignon Turbo is the most powerful grinder in the Mignon Silent Range: 65mm burrs, a strong 320W motor at 1650 rpm and a touch display with two programmable doses deliver professional grinding performance with noticeably reduced noise. In an understated grey finish with a 16CR faceplate, it brings a modern, understated look to any kitchen or coffee bar and suits demanding espresso users as well as small professional settings.
The 65mm hardened steel burrs are built for professional grinding output and reach 2.2–3 g/s for espresso. The patented stepless micrometric system, with infinite adjustment points based on lower burr repositioning, lets you carry out maintenance without losing your grind setting.
A touch display with two programmable doses, continuous mode and “+/-” grind time fine-tuning, plus an “Extra Dose” mode, takes over control. A long-duration microswitch with a “Start & Stop” function activates the grinder automatically via the portafilter. Thanks to high-speed maintenance, the burr set can be removed and cleaned with just 9 screws.
