Work out the ideal cleaning schedule with your technician when the machine is installed. From then on, the system only prompts a clean when it's really needed.
Based on that schedule, the milk and coffee systems can be cleaned separately, giving full control. A detergent clean is only needed after roughly 400 cups or every 3 days.
Daily care keeps things HACCP-compliant with quick steps like disinfecting the screen and cleaning the spouts and milk connections.
While the machine runs its deep clean, your team is free to focus on other things — automated routines keep in-cup quality consistent.
