Commercial induction milk frother – hot and cold milk foam for cappuccino and freddo cappuccino
HeyMilky is a compact, automatic commercial milk frother for cafés and bars that sits beside the espresso machine you already run. It draws milk straight from the fridge, heats it by induction and textures it with a measured amount of air – hot or cold, dairy or plant-based – while the espresso extracts. No steam, no barista tied to the steam wand, less than 1% milk waste.

Beside the espresso machine you already have
HeyMilky replaces nothing on your counter – it simply goes next to your existing espresso machine, at just 220 mm wide. Select the recipe on the 4.3-inch touchscreen, the unit prepares the milk automatically, and meanwhile the barista pulls the shot or serves the next guest. A 120 ml cappuccino is ready in 18 seconds.
Milk and espresso in parallel – milk is no longer the bottleneck
Recipes set once on the machine, not relearned by every barista
Ideal when one person is often alone at the machine

Hot and cold milk foam – including freddo cappuccino
From cold foam for Greece's favourite freddo cappuccino to silky hot milk for latte art: HeyMilky covers a recipe temperature range of 4 to 75 °C and offers more than 100 milk textures. The recommended serving temperature is 65 °C; recipes above that ask the operator to confirm on the screen.

Every milk on your menu
Dairy, oat, almond, soy – hot or cold, from one recipe list. HeyMilky handles two different milk types from a single module, with an automatic rinse between types. For venues with stricter requirements (e.g. guests with milk-protein allergy), the manufacturer provides cross-contamination test results – just ask Solino.

Less waste, clean at close
The milk return system brings waste below 1% – less milk down the drain, which quickly shows in your cost per cup. At closing time, an automatic 8–10 minute sanitising cycle cleans the full circuit unsupervised, using Heylo-approved detergent. Automatic milk-empty detection warns you before the milk runs out.

It draws milk from the fridge, heats it by induction and textures it with air – hot or cold – automatically and unsupervised, while the espresso is pulled next to it.
Does it make cold foam for freddo cappuccino?
Yes. The recipe temperature range starts at 4 °C, so HeyMilky makes cold milk foam for freddo cappuccino and iced drinks as well as hot milk for cappuccino and latte.
How fast is it?
A 120 ml cappuccino is ready in 18 seconds – and the barista is free to pull the espresso at the same time.
How many milk textures does it offer?
More than 100, adjustable per recipe on the 4.3-inch touchscreen.
Does it work with plant-based milk?
Yes – dairy, oat, almond, soy, hot or cold. Two milk types can be connected at once, with an automatic rinse between them.
What about milk allergies?
An automatic rinse runs between the two milk types. For menus with strict requirements, the manufacturer provides cross-contamination tests, which Solino can share on request.
Is it suitable for smaller cafés too?
Yes. HeyMilky was built precisely for the moments when one person is alone at the machine and milk drinks make up a large part of sales – not only for very high volumes.
How much milk does it waste?
Less than 1%, thanks to the milk return system.
How is it cleaned?
With an automatic 8–10 minute sanitising cycle, unsupervised, using Heylo-approved detergent. As with any commercial milk system, wear parts are checked regularly as part of service.
Do I need to replace my espresso machine?
No. HeyMilky sits beside the espresso machine you already run – just 220 mm wide and 15.5 kg.
What electrical connection is required?
Solino checks and confirms the electrical requirements for your venue before installation.
Can it be combined with the Heylo Coffee Module?
Yes, both belong to the same Heylo / VEA Group ecosystem and work perfectly together.
