For over 60 years, we as the family-owned company GRAEF stand for exceptional workmanship, durability and not least the design of our universal slicers. The value chain of our slicers - from development and production to final touch, logistics and repair - takes place at the main factory in Arnsberg, Sauerland. They are therefore "made in Germany at its best" and stand for responsible action and sustainable business.

Powerful motor

A whisper-quiet, powerful and maintenance-free 170-watt capacitor motor ensures the best cutting results thanks to its constant speed.

Continuous switch

By activating the continuous function, the machine runs continuously and a larger quantity can be sliced without any problems.

Momentary switch

With the momentary function, switching and cutting are possible with one hand. The machine only runs while you hold down the button. Since it is ergonomically best to switch with the thumb, it is also optimally protected at the same time.

The slicer comes as standard with a Ø 170 mm serrated blade made of stainless steel. With the slicer's blade you can effortlessly cut through all kinds of bread (even with hard crusts), harder cheeses, many types of vegetables and cold cuts.

Plastic tray

The practical plastic tray ensures that the material to be cut is neatly collected directly after cutting.

Child lock with switch-on guard

For child safety, the device has a switch-on guard. The switch-on guard latch located under the carriage is pushed backwards with the finger. This blocks the carriage switching.
