The WMF Fresh Filter Coffee (FFC) Capsule is the original consumable for WMF machines fitted with the Fresh Filtered Coffee module. Instead of a separate filter machine, the FFC system lets a single fully-automatic espresso machine also brew genuine drip-style filter coffee — freshly ground and brewed espresso is passed through this capsule's membrane, which strips out sediment and oils to reveal a clean, aromatic filter-coffee character in the cup.
Every capsule carries the WMF part number 33.4207.7100 embossed into the plastic. It is built to the exact tolerances the machine's sensor-controlled positioning system expects, so the capsule seats correctly every time and the machine can reliably detect when it needs replacing.
